How FanPing Works

Last updated: 2026-06-154 min read

FanPing lets fans send paid requests to creators using FanPing credits.

A request can be a paid ping, a private call request, or a custom offer.

The FanPing request flow

  1. A fan signs in.
  2. The fan buys FanPing credits.
  3. The fan chooses a creator.
  4. The fan sends a paid request.
  5. The creator accepts, responds, declines, or lets the request expire.
  6. The request status updates inside the fan and creator dashboard.

Paid pings

A paid ping is a paid priority message sent from a fan to a creator.

The fan spends credits to send the message. The creator can respond based on their own rules and availability.

Private call requests

A private call request lets a fan request paid time with a creator.

The creator may accept or decline based on availability, comfort, and FanPing rules.

Custom offers

A custom offer lets a fan propose a specific paid request to a creator.

Creators are not required to accept custom offers.

Creator control

Creators control:

  • price
  • availability
  • response rules
  • request limits
  • what they accept
  • what they decline

FanPing does not force creators to respond to every request.

Fan responsibility

Fans should read the creator’s profile before sending a paid request.

Fans must not send illegal, unsafe, abusive, exploitative, harassing, spam, impersonation, or scam requests.
