Refund & Expiry Policy

FanPing uses credits for paid creator requests.

Refund and expiry rules must be clear before a fan sends a request.

No general cash refunds

FanPing does not provide general cash refunds for used credits unless required by law or approved by FanPing.

Credit expiry

FanPing credits expire after 30 days unless FanPing states otherwise.

Expired credits cannot be used.

Expired requests

If a creator does not respond within the stated request window, the request may expire.

When a request expires, FanPing shows the request status and handles credits according to FanPing’s active refund and expiry rules.

Declined requests

If a creator declines a request, the fan sees the request status clearly.

Credit handling follows FanPing’s active refund and expiry policy.

Failed payments

If payment fails, FanPing does not add credits to the account.
